EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT FOR ALLER AQUA GROUP A/S
Aller Aqua is a fast-growing company with factories in seven countries, supplying feed to more than 70 countries. New export markets and new companies are added to the Aller Aqua Group every year.
Sustainability and quality are a big part of Aller Aqua’s DNA, and every day we move towards more sustainable and efficient solutions. In 2021, Aller Aqua achieved verification to declare carbon equivalents on our feed (PEFCR). Being able to measure and declare CO2 on products is an important tool to create full transparency and to mitigate global climate change.
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an Executive Assistant responsible for supporting the Group management team and leading strategic projects. This role will strengthen execution of strategic tasks at Group level between our Group and its Business Units and lead our internal ESG reporting processes. You will work closely with the CEO, executive management, and various stakeholders to ensure excellence in sustainability practices and strategic internal operations.
Your Key Responsibilities will be to:
- Assist the management team with reports, presentations, and confidential information handling. Support governance activities and administrative tasks as needed. Engage with the CEO, executive management, business leaders, and stakeholders.
- Lead several strategic projects e.g. within the ESG/EA project, ensuring timely completion and adherence to all regulatory standards. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain and improve sustainability practices.
- Coordinate internal governance across headquarters and subsidiaries. Drive core reporting processes for operations, development, and strategy. Maintain the data structure and storage of key legal documents.
THE PREFERRED CANDIDATE MAIN SKILLS ARE:
A Master degree in Business Administration or a related field.
A strong understanding of leading strategic projects. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive support role, preferably in a corporate governance or compliance setting. Experience with sustainability reporting or ESG initiatives is highly desirable.
A strong familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Excellent project management skills to drive compliance initiatives. Effective communication and collaboration skills and discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information. Superior organizational and multitasking abilities and able to interact with relationships across various levels of the organization.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel and spoken and written English at business level is mandatory. Up to 15-25 days of global travel per year may be required.
