GROUP HR MANAGER FOR ALLER AQUA GROUP A/S

Aller Aqua is a fast-growing company with factories in seven countries, supplying feed to more than 70 countries. New export markets and new companies are added to the Aller Aqua Group every year. Sustainability and quality are a big part of Aller Aqua’s DNA, and every day we move towards more sustainable and efficient solutions. In 2021, Aller Aqua achieved verification to declare carbon equivalents on our feed (PEFCR). Being able to measure and declare CO2 on products is an important tool to create full transparency and to mitigate global climate change. We are now seeking a Group HR Manager to support the strategy and the growth.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ARE TO:

As the Group HR Manager at Aller Aqua Group A/S, reporting to the CEO, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our organizational objectives. Your responsibilities will include improving HR processes across our business units, acting as an HR business partner for Executive Management, and supporting Business Unit leaders with various people-related topics. You will also oversee local HR operations at our Danish site, ensuring compliance with employment laws, while promoting best practices across the organization.

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the group’s objectives. Collaborate with local HR managers to enhance HR processes.

Provide support to leaders with tools and resources for workforce management. Oversee compliance with Danish employment laws and GDPR regulations.

Manage local HR operations for the Danish entities, including recruitment and administration.

THE SKILLS NEEDED:

To excel in this role, the following skills and qualifications are essential. You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field. And you have 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a managerial role. You are Familiar with Danish employment law and international HR practices and you are understanding collective agreements.

You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and you manage time and resources independently. Aller Aqua is an international organization which requires Cultural awareness and ability to collaborate across teams. You are fluent in English and Danish both spoken and in writing.

You handle effectively time and resources independently. You have flexibility to adapt to new challenges and changes in the work environment and you are at the same time structured and analytic processing different tasks simultaneous. Your main focus in the position will be to build a strong platform consisting HR development tools across the Group.

Your interpersonal skills build relationships with a wide range of various stakeholders. You can manage both Hands-on approach and the strategic part of HR tasks.

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; strong data analysis skills. Familiarity with AI tools is a plus. And you are preferable holding certificates in personal assessment tools, You daily work will be in Aller but travelling will amount to app. 15 days yearly.
