GROUP HR MANAGER

Aller Aqua Group is a global aqua feed producer headquartered in Denmark, serving customers in approximately 75 countries and employing around 500 people worldwide. We work in close partnership with farmers and stakeholders across the value chain to support responsible aquaculture, translating scientific knowledge into practical solutions that contribute to sustainable food production and long-term success.

THE POSITION
We are now looking for a Group HR Manager to play a central role in developing and strengthening our people agenda across the Group. Reporting directly to the Group CEO, the position combines hands-on HR operations in Denmark and Group Functions with a strategic responsibility for aligning and developing HR processes across our international business units. You will act as a trusted sparring partner to senior leaders and contribute directly to the continued professionalization of HR in a growing global organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for core HR operations such as employee lifecycle management, leadership support, employee engagement initiatives, and compliance with employment legislation and GDPR. You will drive the development of group-wide HR processes, systems, and standards, including learning and development programs, employee engagement surveys, onboarding practices, and data-driven HR decision-making. In close collaboration with local HR resources in the business units, you will help ensure consistency across the Group while respecting local requirements and cultural differences.

THE CANDIDATE
We are looking for a candidate with a relevant academic background within HR, business administration, or a related field, and solid experience with Danish and international employment law. You communicate fluently in English and are comfortable working with HR systems, data, and digital tools. Experience with the HR system HR-ON is an advantage. You are structured, proactive, and hands-on, with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across functions and cultures.

The role is based in Aller, near Christiansfeld and you are living nearby. You can expect some international travel app. 15-20 days a year.
