We are looking for two Internal Sales Assistants for the Customer Support department acting as Back Office for the consultants and customers of our client with main focus on serving the German, Swiss and Austrian market.
Place of employment is Copenhagen and you will be part of the Danish support department. The department consists of employees of whom the majority is engaged with customer service and the rest with technical support.
You will refer directly to the Group Customer Service Manager.

- Daily order processing and follow-up
- Delivery conditions
- Customer requests
- Submission of tender
- Price inquiries
- Ad hoc tasks
We expect that you have experience from a similar position and you excel in adapting to new environments and you are a quick learner. You have strong language skills; German is your mother tongue, and you are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
You are familiar with customer support by phone and have experience with sales and customer service to the B2B market. Prior technical understanding (e.g., reading of drawings) will be an advantage.
You are well-organized, and you have a good overview and a strong ability to prioritize your working efforts in busy periods.
We expect that you have a solid background in basic IT tools, particularly with MS Office and preferably also SAP and Salesforce.
